Terms and liability

Atgongumerki.fo is not an organizer, but a technical provider in connection with online ticket sales.

Atgongumerki.fo has no responsibility for events that an organizer puts on sale at atgongumerki.fo. Only the organizer is responsible for the events themselves.

Atgongumerki.fo cannot be held responsible for breaches or other matters caused by actions of the end user.

Atgongumerki.fo cannot be held responsible for losses or other matters caused by lack of access to services or information on the internet. This applies regardless of whether the lack of access is caused by downtime, other circumstances at Atgongumerki.fo, or force majeure.

Processing fees and other possible service charges are not refunded.

Any refund claims relating to events must be directed directly to the responsible organizer of the event.

If events are cancelled due to the organizer's bankruptcy, restructuring of the company, rescheduling of the event, or other defects, this is unrelated to Atgongumerki.fo, and refund claims must therefore be directed to the organizer or the bankruptcy estate.

An organizer may terminate the cooperation agreement with Atgongumerki.fo with three months' notice. The termination must be sent to [email protected], and is valid when the organizer has received confirmation of receipt.
